In 1983, a meaning Debbie Nachreiner & her married man, Rob, began the build-out of C'zar Hair Design & Day Spa. It was a 5-chair boutique salon positioned on the second flooring of a vintage walk-up studio in the quaint riverfront neighborhood of Naperville, IL. Meanwhile, Evonne Rutz had been working equally a licensed cosmetologist and barber in both Illinois and in Northern California for several years. At their first meeting, Debbie and Evonne became the best of friends and seemed to exist kindred spirits. They often joke their souls have been connected in a past life together. The two became official business partners in 1988 and accept blended their families and careers successfully since. Fast forward to today, over 30 years later on, and encounter that they've grown that 5-chair studio to multiple locations with over 50 employees and new business partners including Gina Rutz-Sowa of C'zar Wheaton and Eric Sowa of C'zar Male. They credit their success to employing only Nice people who are humble and driven to creating excellence in their piece of work. As C'zar continues to abound long into the future, their priority will continue to be always looking to improve the invitee experience by making them feel welcome and valued.

Never had someone cut hair with more passion. Been going to different barbers and salons my whole life and am happy to say I've finally found one with stylists and barbers who continue to build their craft. Yous tin sense the passion for hair. Such a chill fun surround and anybody is so friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

When I came in, I have to tell you, I was nervous. Having non done much of annihilation very public since March, I wasn't sure what an in-salon expereince would feel like. In these challenging times, information technology'south easy to take missteps in communication, just Czar really nailed it. There were emails, texts, and calls that confirmed conspicuously what the protocols are and how they are managed. The staff is impeccably professional. There aren't enough words to say how spectacular Gina Marie is as a stylist. With all the new protocol, going into any establishment can make me feel like I'thou a burden; that by my being in that location, I'thousand making more piece of work for the shop/store/salon that I visit. Just not here. Her careful consideration of my needs through thoughtful questioning fabricated me feel like a welcomed guest, a friend who just happened to be wearing a mask. Gina Marie goes out of her manner to be not but the best kind of professional who takes her educational activity and craft seriously, she is also a really terrific person with varied interests and insights that make conversation easy and fun. This was like a mini vacation in a sea of Covid protocol and stopgaps. Thanks for the relaxing break and the wonderful service. I can't await to come back!

C'zar is a well-known pilus salon/spa 💇🏻♀️ icon in downtown Naperville every bit well equally a few other choice locations in the western suburbs. Information technology is clear to me that the management thoroughly trains their staff to exist professional, customer oriented and well versed in their services offered also as their knowledge of the hair and skin products that C'zar endorses.
