Hi Marco, I appreciate the reply. Here's what I'm getting when I run that program. 4 entries found:
Apple Application Support 32 bit
Apple Application Support 64 bit
Apple Mobile Device Support
Apple Software Update
When I try and uninstall them..I get a message saying they aren't installed, but lots of registry stuff found when scanned.

You can delete the files in the registry with the problem, because itune must have uninstalled them incorrectly.
But, Before doing this, go make a backup in the registry.
Proceed as follows.
Press windows + r keys and type: regedit
Then open 'files' and 'export' to save it somewhere on your computer.
Please close the registry now.
Now try again

All registry keys identified by Revo were deleted. I'm still getting the same messages when running the installer from the Microsoft Store.
Do you have any other advice?

Scanned and removed unrelated items with both. It continues to give me the same error message. Crazy...iTunes just won't install.
